Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - Senior Associate

Our client, a well-regarded and growing law firm, is seeking Corporate Commercial Solicitors (4-8 PQE) to join their expanding team. This role is based in St Albans.

About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to handle a mix of general commercial work and corporate/M&A deals, working with a diverse client base that spans multiple sectors and sizes.

What They're Looking ForThe ideal candidates will have strong experience in both corporate and commercial law, with a proven track record in private practice (or exceptional in-house experience). Key requirements include:

• Training or experience gained at a boutique or medium-sized firm.
• Excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage clients effectively under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and a sense of humour to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
