Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Dispute Resolution - AJ Chambers : Job Details

AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Corporate & Commercial Litigation Solicitor for our client, a reputable and established, ranked firm in the WE. The role primarily involves handling high-value corporate and commercial disputes, with additional responsibilities in sports-related disputes and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex corporate and commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Handle sports-related disputes, including contractual disputes, disciplinary matters, and regulatory compliance issues, as required.

Our client is looking for:

• 1-3 years of PQE in dispute resolution, preferably with a focus on corporate and commercial matters.
• Demonstrated experience in handling high-value disputes and litigation matters, with a track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
• Proactive attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
