Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - AJ Chambers : Job Details

AJ Chambers is working with a professional services firm in Central London and they are currently recruiting for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join them on a maternity cover contract with the potential view of going permanent.

This firm doesn’t have a set billable hour target but the guidelines state a minimum of 4 hours a day, you’ll be supported by the head of corporate dealing with a range of matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiation on contracts
• Advising on share sales and asset sales
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Business development

This firm operates an excellent hybrid policy of 3 days from home, you’ll be offered an excellent package that includes:
