Corporate Development Analyst - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

We are now working with a private equity backed business working in the services sector. The team is managed from London and there are four senior professionals at the moment.

They are now looking for a corporate development analyst as they have ambitious growth plans.

The role

Investment analyst working as part of a private equity backed group

Analysis of new investments

Financial and operational modelling of acquisitions

Carrying out a full underwriting analysis of each investment and preparing an investment recommendation for the Directors

Complete involvement in the investment process from origination to completion

Portfolio management work, working closely with businesses to integrate them into the group and maximise profitability

The person

2 to 3 years work experience

Background in investment banking, corporate development or private equity

Excellent financial modelling skills

Experience in the execution of investments and/ or acquisitions

Self starter, able to work in a fluid environment and manage their own time

Entrepreneurial and innovative

Emotionally intelligent, able to deal with a range of different personalities.

Tactful, considerate manner
