Job Title: Corporate Finance AnalystLocation: Hybrid – 3 days remote + 2 days in London office About the Role:Our client, a fast-growing digital bank having raised c.$100m from top-tier investors, are now preparing for further expansion and a new funding round! This presents an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join a highly experience team, supporting the finance team directly in all fundraising and investor relations activities. The company has a track record of rewarding high performers with fast-tracked progression and exposure to the senior exec team on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine financial models for investors, working closely with the CFO to clearly communicate the investment opportunity.
- Attend investor meetings, updating investor materials, presentations and due diligence documents.
- Work closely with the finance team and other departments to answer investor queries.
- Support the CFO to enhance the budget framework and forecasting methodologies.
- Assist with the creation of quarterly investor reports and internal presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years as a financial analyst within investment banking, management consulting, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and PowerPoint (Google Slides preferred).
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, with an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Prior experience within fintech or banking would be a bonus
- Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) or working towards them would be useful
- Experience with BI tools like Looker or Power BI
- Advanced data analysis skills
