Profile

A successful Corporate Finance Associate Director should have:

  • Corporate Finance Experience - Significant experience in managing and executing corporate finance transactions, ideally at a senior or director level.
  • Professional Qualifications - ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with a proven track record in the corporate finance sector.
  • Strategic Thinker - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
