Description

• In time you will manage transactions from start to finish, acting as the principal point of contact with clients, with support from the Director
• Oversee the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research on sales projects Prepare/review financial analyses and report writing in connection with due diligence assignments
• Involvement in business development opportunities, networking and marketing initiatives Support with pitch meetings with potential new clients

Profile

• ACA / ACCA qualified or at least part qualified
• 5+ years of experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Strong communication skills and able to build rapport with clients
• Business acumen

Job Offer

Salary up to £45,000 with a discretionary bonus scheme paid out annually
