Our client, a leading and innovative firm within Cambridge, offering top-tier accounting and business advisory services, is searching for a motivated and client-focused Corporate Finance Executive to join their growing Corporate Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting sales, acquisitions, and M&A transactions.

• Assisting with due diligence and financial data analysis.

• Preparing valuations using methods like comparable analysis and DCF.

• Researching potential buyers and acquisition targets.

• Managing M&A project processes and client presentations.

• Delivering professional, confidential client services.

• Support with Business Development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Have (or be close to having) one of the following qualifacations: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CFQ, MBA.
• A keen problem-solver with strong communication skills.
• A passion for Corporate Finance and a willingness to learn.
