Role Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or part-qualified, with a strong background in corporate finance
• Proven experience in managing corporate finance projects, including M&A, business valuations, and financial due diligence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage junior staff and oversee project work
• A strategic thinker, capable of providing high-level advice to clients on growth and financial strategies
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
