We know that young people are almost entirely oriented around seeking advice online when they most need help; so, we provide digital safe spaces and direct, non-judgemental support, from clinically trained staff in a matter of clicks. In the time it takes you to read this, at least two young people will have benefited from Ditch the Label support!Role Summary:Are you a resilient and strategic fundraising professional eager to make a meaningful impact? As our Corporate Fundraiser, you will secure and manage vital partnerships that drive our programs and services. By collaborating with senior management, you will build long-term relationships with corporate sponsors, craft compelling sponsorship proposals, and achieve sustainable, multi-year funding goals.About the Role:
- Corporate Partnership Development: Identify and secure corporate partnerships aligned with our mission, building a robust pipeline of high-value funding opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
- Sponsorship Proposals: Develop tailored, compelling proposals and packages that attract new corporate sponsors.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Alignment: Collaborate with partners to integrate their CSR strategies with our initiatives, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Fundraising Strategy: Contribute to and innovate within our overall fundraising strategy to enhance corporate revenue streams.
- Impact Reporting: Provide transparent reports to corporate partners, showcasing the impact of their contributions and celebrating shared successes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the support team to create engaging stories and campaigns that highlight corporate support and attract new donors.
- Networking and Representation: Represent the charity at industry events and networking functions, delivering persuasive pitches to potential donors.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate fundraising with a proven track record of securing funding from corporations, ideally within a youth-focused non-profit or charity.
- Skills: Strategic thinker with strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attributes: Driven, resilient, and passionate about youth empowerment. Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Social Value/CSR trends and strategies, particularly within the non-profit sector.
Other Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience securing high-value partnerships with national or international brands.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
- Strong IT skills in G Suite, Canva and relevant Microsoft Programs.
- Hands on experience of creating partner assets and presentation decks.
- Ability to confidently communicate our organisational values to diverse audiences.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to exceed fundraising targets.
- Knowledge of Social Value/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) trends and strategies.
- Passion for youth empowerment and our charitable objectives.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, DOE
- Performance Bonus: 6-monthly bonuses based on KPIs.
