About the Role

Are you a resilient and strategic professional with a passion for making a difference? As our Partner Manager, you’ll use your corporate fundraising expertise to secure and manage partnerships that drive our impactful work with young people.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and secure high-value corporate partnerships aligned with our mission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate sponsors.
• Create compelling sponsorship proposals that resonate with partners.
• Align partner CSR strategies with our initiatives for mutual success.
• Represent Ditch the Label at industry events, delivering persuasive pitches.
• Showcase the impact of partner contributions through transparent reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in corporate fundraising with proven success in securing high-value partnerships.
• Skills: Strategic thinker with strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in G Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Attributes: Resilient, driven, and passionate about youth empowerment.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility trends and strategies.
