Corporate Paralegal - Chancery Lane law firm salary up to £35K - Law Support : Job Details

Our client are looking for a Paralegal to join their Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career and make your mark in a lovely friendly team.

The firm are looking for a candidate will be supporting a team of 9 solicitors/partners alongside another paralegal and a secretary. They will undertake tasks such as:

• Provide transaction support to fee-earners, including management of dataroom, preparing due diligence reports.
• Dealing with Company Secretarial requirements.
• Assistance with putting together and managing ancillary documents on transactions and arranging execution.

The team are ideally looking for candidates who have had a bit of experience in corporate work. Salary range is £32,000-£35,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will be required in the office 5 days a week.
