A well respected and long established central London firm is hiring a new corporate fixed share partner.

The firm is in growth mode once again and needs an additional partner to sit alongside the existing partners to assist with the growth of the practice and to develop further the impressive associate group.

The corporate team has a broad practice and acts for a wide range of UK and international clients including investors, start-ups, SMES to large multinationals across a number of industry sectors such as manufacturing, tech, media and financial services.

We welcome interest from partners, with the following attributes:

• Private M&A/JV background – the firm doers act for listed clients, but doesn't seek out the work
• Current London or large regional experience
• Cross border experience would be advantageous
• Proven ability to develop new business
• Experience of developing juniors   
• Niche sector experience is welcome
• A loyal following is a pre-requisite
