A new, senior level opportunity has become available with one of Yorkshire's most reputable firms. This regional firm is looking to make a senior hire into its Huddersfield based team at Senior Solicitor/Partner level. 

This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional legal expertise, business development skills and a proven ability to bring in a client following while generating new business.

This award-winning and dynamic, Corporate & Commercial team has a vast array of regional, national and international business clients and specialisms.

The work would include, but not be limited to:

• Share and asset sales/purchases
• Mergers and demergers
• Corporate restructures
• Share buybacks, shareholder agreements and share incentive schemes
• Partnership agreements
• Investments
• Secured lending and company constitutional activities
