This full-time, permanent position is based in Chippenham, with a requirement to spend a minimum of two days per week in the office and potential travel to other office locations.

Role and Responsibilities: The Corporate Lawyer will manage a varied corporate caseload, providing excellent client service and developing business for the department through networking and marketing activities. Typical activities include:

Type of Work Undertaken:

• Buying or selling a business.
• Setting up a new business.
• Shareholder agreements.
• Partnership agreements.
• Issuing new shares and transferring shares.
• Guarantees.
• General business advice.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years PQE with solid experience in company corporate law.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all employees.
