As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be integral to a busy and growing team, handling high-quality corporate and commercial work. You will collaborate with highly rated solicitors and partners, receiving ongoing support and training, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model. With consistent growth over the past decade, there is clear potential for career progression as the firm continues to expand.

The Corporate Solicitor

The successful Corporate Solicitor will have excellent academic credentials, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, MBOs, and share schemes.
• Advising clients on corporate governance issues.
• Providing guidance on commercial contracts and business terms.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and team profitability.
• Supervising junior team members to maximise overall performance.
• Participating in business development and marketing initiatives.
