Job Opportunity: Corporate Solicitor

Location: Crawley Office

Overview: We are recruiting for a talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a growing firm in Crawley. You will play a key role in the team, enjoying high levels of autonomy while collaborating closely with other departments.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures
• You will have existing portable client relationships.

Skills:

• Strong technical skills 
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• Strong work ethic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• IT literate with the ability to learn new processes quickly
