We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor, ideally with at 1 years PQE to join its team and assist its diverse client base across both the UK and internationally. Main duties and responsibilities:Due to our continued expansion we are now seeking a driven corporate and commercial solicitor. We will consider all candidates regardless of PQE.Work will include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements etc.Are you looking for a wide variety of work? • At least 1 years PQE.
