Corporate Solicitor - Cooper Lomaz Recruitment : Job Details

My client is a multi-discipline law firm that is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis in either their Felixstowe location or their Chelmsford office.

This role would include:* Working on a varied caseload of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, MBO's and share schemes.* Advising clients on corporate governance matters.* Advising on commercial contracts and terms of business.* Advising partners on opportunities to add value to the client experience and improve profitability for the team.* Supervising junior members of the team, with the aim of maximising the teams overall contribution and performance.* Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.
