CORPORATE SOLICITOR CHELMSFORD, ESSEX£45K - £55KQED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Corporate Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in Chelmsford, Essex.You will be given the opportunity to work for a well-respect private client departments regionally, ranked highly in Legal 500. The successful candidate will join this top law firm, working with HNW client base and receive really good training and support.The ideal candidate must:

• Have 1 - 3 years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
• Be experienced with handling a demanding caseload including  share acquisitions and disposals, sales to employment ownership trust as well as share incentive schemes, shareholder and investment agreements.
