Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our client, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Derby.

Whether managing corporate tax projects or developing client relationships, your expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory needs are met

• Assist with tax planning and advisory projects, providing solutions tailored to client needs

• Review and prepare corporate tax computations and returns

• Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, managing enquiries and investigations

• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development

• Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or working towards qualification

• At least 4 years experience working within a UK Practice environment

• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively

• Proactive and driven with a keen eye for detail
