An exciting opportunity has arisen for Corporate Tax Director to join a dynamic and high-performing tax compliance and advisory team. This role can be based in either Cambridge or Milton Keynes, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients while enhancing your skills in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

• Manage all corporation tax matters for a portfolio of large corporate clients, many with international operations, while also delivering high-value advisory projects.
• Play an active role in business development, contributing to proposals and attending networking events to drive the firm's growth.
• Lead and mentor a growing team, sharing your expertise and supporting professional development.
• Build strong client relationships and develop an external network to expand the firm's reach.

What We're Looking For

• CTA qualification.
• Significant Corporate Tax experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level.
• A commercial mindset, with a passion for business development and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
