Corporate Tax Senior - Reed : Job Details

Reed Accountancy are seeking a Tax Senior to join the expanding tax department of a well-known accounting firm in the hearth of London. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of home working and attendance at the London office. The ideal candidate will manage a Mixed tax portfolio, addressing both general and international tax matters, under the supervision of a Manager and Partner.

• Serve as the primary tax client contact for a diverse portfolio, providing accurate and relevant tax advice.
• Prepare and review Tax Returns, including work allocation and review of junior team members’ contributions.
• Support senior team members and manage tax advisory assignments as they arise.
• Ensure deadlines are met, maintain accurate client records, and support the team with administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple accounts and multitask effectively within set budgets.

• 3-5 years of experience in tax-related work.
• Part or fully qualified CTA, or ACA/ACCA qualified with the intention to study for CTA.
• Up-to-date with CPD requirements and knowledgeable about current tax legislation.
• Ability to prepare tax computations independently.
• Proficient in working on multiple accounts and multitasking.
• Effective both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexible attitude with the ability to prioritise workloads.
