Corporate Tax Senior-London, UK- Hybrid
About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Tax Senior to join a top 100 accountancy firm based in London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive tax services to a broad range of corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, advising on compliance, and developing tax strategies to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance and reporting.
- Provide tax advisory services, including group reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and international tax planning.
- Review and finalize corporation tax returns and other compliance documents.
- Liaise directly with clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior staff, providing on-the-job training and guidance.
- Collaborate with partners and senior management on high-level advisory projects and complex tax issues.
- Stay up to date with current legislation and provide insights on its impact to clients.
- Support business development efforts, contributing to the growth of the corporate tax team.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant corporate tax experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax laws, including tax compliance and advisory work.
- Experience working with a range of corporate clients, from SMEs to larger businesses.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
