Corporate Transactional Paralegal In-House - Jameson Legal : Job Details

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly-qualified and experienced Paralegal to join a market-leading global company based in Saudi Arabia.

The role will involve supporting the Attorneys in the department (under supervision), by reviewing legal agreements, collecting and organising information, and preparing draft correspondence. Other duties will include tracking projects, organising meetings, preparing reports, along with many other general paralegal and administrative tasks.

Applicants will have a good law degree from a leading University, and it is preferable that they have additional Paralegal Certification from a recognised National organisation. However, Arabic linguistic skills (although welcome) are not required for this role.

Applicants will have a vast wealth of relevant Paralegal experience (3+ years), gained In-house at a multinational; company, Big 4 Accounting firm or a US law firm. This experience does not necessarily need to have been attained in Saudi Arabia.

Our client is looking for someone with extensive Corporate transactional experience. However, experience in dealing with Tax issues is also very welcome. Additionally, experience in the oil and gas, refining, chemicals, power or other energy-related industries is a distinct advantage.

It is imperative that applicants are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia, and prior experience in the region is highly preferred.
