We are seeking a dedicated Cost Accountant to join the Accounting & Finance team in our Industrial / Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for financial efficiency.

Description

• Working alongside the Accounting & Finance team to maintain financial records
• Analysing financial data to determine cost of operations
• Making recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities
• Conducting cost analyses and preparing budget reports
• Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

Profile

A successful 'Cost Accountant' should have:

• Qualified Accountant or QBE
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting & Finance principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
