Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of Court of Protection work, including completing relevant Court forms and documents for benefits, insurance claims and other financial matters
• Managing deputyships and trusts for children and adults with complex acquired brain injuries, ensuring their needs are fully met
• Experience in cases involving high-value damages awards is a plus

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Court of Protection work
• Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage complex cases
