Court Solicitor - qed legal : Job Details

This is a brand new role within a long established firm who have been serving the communities of East Lothian and beyond for decades.There's real opportunity to grow here, lead the Court Team and to become an integral part of the business.Your work shall be varied and shall have a focus on all family law matters including, divorce, cohabitation children's matters, separation agreements and pre and postnuptial agreements. You'll also be involved with residential evictions and guardianships so a real variety.It's likely you shall have a minimum of 2 years relevant post qualifying experience and be comfortable appearing at Sherriff Court.This role is East Lothian based but you will also appear at Edinburgh and you should be happy to travel on a regular basis. A competitive salary is offered and you will have the opportunity to have some hybrid working. Please contact Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided.
