Cover Supervisor - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support Secondary Schools in Barton-Upon-Humber and Scunthorpe. We are collaborating with many schools in the area that are consistently seeking high-quality and professional individuals to provide students with consistency during teacher absences.

The position involves the following:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to students in KS3 - KS5, ensuring they are focused and engaged with the tasks set by absent teacher.
• Be adaptable in the classroom and overcome challenges as they arise through good behavioural policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Demonstrate professional and positive attitudes in the classroom.
• Collaborate with members of staff on site and encourage good behaviour from students.

The rate for this role will be £90 - £120 per day.
