The Role of a Cover Supervisor As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the classroom environment during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on track with their learning. You'll oversee classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, deliver pre-prepared lesson materials, and maintain a focused, positive classroom atmosphere. While you won't be required to plan lessons, you'll support students in staying engaged and provide assistance as needed, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements for a Cover Supervisor

• Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an educational or supervisory setting
