• The successful Cover Supervisor will be required to deliver pre-set lessons across all key stages, whilst managing the behaviour of the class.
• Build positive relationships with students, keeping them engaged and focussed
• Communicate with the relevant staff to discuss any issues/concerns
• Follow and promote the school behaviour policy
• Able to adapt to different environments
• Must have a strong classroom presence
