Romano Education is recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate considering a teaching career or an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work.

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure learning objectives are met

• Supervise and support students during cover lessons

• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in an educational setting (preferred)

• A degree or experience working with secondary school students

• Strong classroom management skills and confidence leading a class

• A passion for education and student development
