In this role you will need to be a reliable and committed cover supervisor working within a variety of welcome and supportive environments that helps students grow, develop, and achieve the best from life. This role will provide engaging work in a variety of environments that promote learning and ambition and encourages students and teachers to be the best they can be.Your new roleYou will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons and supervising whole class lessons during the absence of teaching staff. You will ensure that the ethos of the schools are maintained to ensure that every student receives great lessons in a calm and scholarly atmosphere.We are looking for someone who is committed to the outcomes of every student and is looking to develop their career in secondary education. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of classroom settings with possible further development.What you'll need to succeed

• Good communication, team working, and organisational skills
• Able to effectively engage and relate with children
• Have experience of working with secondary age students
• Confident in delivering prepared lessons
• Able to motivate and inspire students
• Be able to manage behaviour in line with school policy
