Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task and follow the set curriculum
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and lesson plans
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff
- Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student support
- Report any issues or concerns to school staff and work collaboratively with teachers and administrators
