• Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teachers.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom activities.
• Assist students with their work and maintain engagement.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, including behavior management.
• Provide feedback on student progress to relevant staff.

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service is required.
