The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support our Key Stage Two students. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are considering a career in education and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supervise pupils during break times and school activities.
  • Support the assessment and recording of pupil progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
