Creative Teaching Assistant - Empowering Learning : Job Details

Empowering learning require a Creative Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school in the Stockton area. The role is 5 days a week Monday to Friday 8.00am-16.00 pm.

• Hold a level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant qualification and experience

• Be responsive, flexible and sensitive to the differing needs of pupils. Including those with SEND needs.

• To support students with ASC and SEMH needs

• Experience of behaviours that challenge

• Experience of PECS and Makaton would be an advantage

• If you have a background of working in care then please apply due to transferrable skills

• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
