Credit Control Administrator - Macildowie Recruitment and Retention : Job Details

Credit Controller / Ashby De La Zouch / 12 Month FTC / Salary Up To £14ph

Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Ashby looking to add an experienced Credit Controller to their team to support on a 12 Month FTC

This position will move very quickly and is only suitable for immediately available candidates, the client are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.

Details:

• Office Based in Ashby De La Zouch
• 12 Month FTC with potential permanent employment
• Salary £25,500 per annum

The Role & Your Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring they always provide exceptional customer service.
• Obtaining commitments to pay through telephone calls and email communication to customers.
• Allocating credit notes and payments in a timely manner.
• Completing reporting tasks/activities in Microsoft Excel.
• Working in collaboration with the Customer Service teams and Account Managers across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer queries.
• Completing reviews of existing customers and escalating any doubtful debts to our credit and risk administrator.
• Providing periodic reports on aged debt and customer interaction to management.
• Maintaining customer records to ensure details are relevant and up to date.

Experience Sought In The Successful Candidate:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience within a credit control or Accounts environment.
• IT literate
• Confident Telephone manner
• Experience with Sage
