Job Title: Credit Control Administrator
Location: GreenfordJob Type: Full-time – 5 days in the office. Will run until the end of March 2025.

Position Overview:As a Credit Control Administrator, you will play an integral role in supporting the credit control team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process banking and allocate daily payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the shared mailbox, ensuring prompt responses to invoice copy requests and general inquiries.
- Track unallocated cash balances and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- Accurately post canteen invoices in a timely manner.
- Assist credit controllers with portal reconciliations and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Able to work in the office 5 days per week
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience of credit control processes and principles is highly desired
