• Chasing overdue B2B and B2C debt
• Ensuring invoices are paid on time in line with payment terms and credit limits
• Inbound calls
• Internal and external queries
• Debt ledger review
• Account reconciliations
• Allocating cash

Profile

• Immediately available or on short notice
• Previous knowledge of working in a similar role
• Excellent telephone manner and building relationships
• Computer literate including Excel
