Credit Control Clerk - Ongoing Temporary Position

IMMEDIATE START

Office Location: Tottenham Court Road

Company size: 45

Hours of work: Mon to Fri (09:00 to 17:00)

Salary: £13.95 - £14.74 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Reducing Client current outstanding debtors balance
• Dealing with multiple large clients
• Chasing payment using the telephone, email (high volume)
• Dealing with and resolving client queries
• Assisting in the reconciliation of problem accounts
• Management of query resolution, chasing our partners where required
• Monitor and report on aged debtors reports weekly or as required
• Maintain active communication both within the Central Finance team and other external departments
• Dealing with day to day instructions
