Description
- Manage and maintain the credit control system.
- Ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.
- Conduct credit checks on all customers, establish and manage credit limits.
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
- Provide regular insights to the business on cash flow and potential risks.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
- Liaise with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and policies within the role.
Profile
A successful Credit Control should have:
