The Credit Control role in our Accounting & Finance department is an opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to our Business Services industry team in Bromley. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our company's debtor ledger.

Description

• Manage and maintain the company's debtor ledger
• Chase overdue invoices by telephone and email
• Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances
• Process and generate reminder letters and monthly statements
• Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices
• Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve targets
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management
• Contribute to the overall success of the Credit Control team

Profile

A successful Credit Control candidate should have:

• A strong educational background in finance or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel & Xero
• Strong numerical skills
• Experience working in the Business Services industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to work well in a team
