Credit Controller (Minimum 3 Month Contract) – Grimsby – Up to £30,000 FTE We are proud to be working with a Lincolnshire based, forward-thinking, not for profit business who are currently seeking a confident and experienced Credit Controller. The ideal candidate will have sound experience of working in a varied Credit Control position, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. In Return You’ll Receive:

Credit Control Responsibilities:
- Dealing predominantly with Local Authority debtors, plus some private sector and private customers
- Monthly reporting on progress to Executive Management Team and internal stakeholders
- Liaising with the Finance and Resources Director over cash flow forecasting
- Assist the Finance Team in raising sales invoices
- Checking of sales invoices raised for completeness and accuracy against contract information
- Posting of cash on a daily basis to the Sales Ledger from Bank receipts
- Assist as required in the monthly accounting closedown including bank and trade debtors reconciliations
- Analysis of any credit balances and also any possible bad or doubtful debts
- Covering as required other tasks within the Finance Team
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a Credit Control role
- Knowledge of Sage accounting packages
- Experienced with Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
