You will play a crucial role within the Finance team, managing a vibrant and dynamic team of credit controllers. As a team leader, you will guide and motivate the team, helping them meet targets, maintain high performance, and drive positive change across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing individual performance, implementing and tracking KPIs, and managing performance improvement plans, including conducting challenging conversations when necessary.

- Onboarding and developing new team members while providing ongoing support to direct reports.

- Assisting with reporting tasks and requirements as needed.

- Ensuring compliance with company processes for team management, such as managing sickness and absences.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Strong leadership experience in a similar role

- Demonstrated expertise in credit control and cash collection.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with a wide variety of individuals across the organisation.
