Credit Controller FTC - Grafton Banks Limited : Job Details

Grafton Banks Finance is excited to be partnering with a dynamic, growing business near Eastbourne to recruit a Credit Controller for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Our client is looking for an experienced professional to support their finance team and Credit Manager during a busy period. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, focusing on reducing aged debt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and oversee the credit control process
• Ensure timely payments while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve queries
• Monitor credit limits and evaluate new credit applications
• Take ownership of debt recovery where necessary
• Provide additional ad hoc support as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Available for an immediate or short-term start (1-2 weeks maximum)
• Proven experience in credit control with excellent communication skills
• Able to commute daily to the office (this is an office-based role)
• Proficient in using various accounting systems
