Job Description :

We are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join our team, here at our head office in Manchester City center. This role is on a permanent basis, with hybrid and flexible working. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to continue and grow a career in Credit Control.

About the Role

The credit Controller will provide regional financial support, proactively working with the TMS Job Managers, to resolve any customer related issues and queries whilst supporting the Shared Service Centre to ensure efficient job management through to cash collection.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited):

  • Credit Control Query Resolution

    • Work with regional client leads and job managers to ensure prompt payment of customer invoices.

    • Liaise with customers and customer payment teams to resolve issues around invoice rejection, dealing with country specific requirements.

    • Produce weekly statement of account for global regions, issuing status on each invoice, including aging and expected payment dates.

  • Accounts Receivable

    • Ensure that invoices are raised to customers, by the in country service providers (LSP) on a timely basis, once jobs are marked as bill ready by job managers.

    • Provide support to drive issue resolution in bills being raised by the LSP, as above.

  • Market Support

    • Work closely with Management Accountants and Finance Business Partners to provide other finance assistance where required, particularly around market cashflow management.

    • Ad-hoc tasks / admin cover as and when required.

This role offers hybrid flexible working with 2 days a week at our Manchester HQ.
