The role requires an immediately available candidate that is driven with previous experience in a Credit Control position.

This position generally involves sharing maintenance of UK, European and Rest of the World based sales ledgers between the team. Chasing aged debt and clearing old unallocated balances/credit as well as liaising with other relevant departments to aid efficient collection are essential elements of the role. This vacancy is purely office based located in the Kingswinford, Dudley area, the role is fast paced working in a team of 6 credit controllers.

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal competency in German language in order to efficiently liaise and communicate with European based suppliers and buyers.
• Experience in chasing old/aged debts and delivering customer query solutions.
• Good time management and organisation skills are essential in order to manage workload effectively and meet performance targets.
• Keen attention to detail needed in order to complete and update weekly reports to a high standard and relay this to stakeholders.
