- Managing all aspects of the Credit Control process.
- Ensuring aged debt is collected quickly and efficiently.
- Maintaining adherence to the Credit Control policy.
- Overseeing a portfolio to guarantee prompt collection.
- Accurately coding and updating systems.
- Pursuing overdue debts through appropriate channels.
- Liaising and maintaining communication with other teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Over four years of experience in credit control with B2B customers.
- Desired experience includes working within the legal sector or a corporate environment.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and team spirit.
- Skilled in communication and adept at building robust relationships.
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines while delivering a seamless service.
- Experience with Microsoft platforms.
