Credit Controller - Castlefield Recruitment : Job Details

Castlefield are currently partnered with an industry leading organisation based in North Leeds who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on an initial 4 month temporary basis. The company offer hybrid working of 2 days a week in the office and parking is available on site.

Duties include;

• Dealing with a range of customer enquiries over the phone
• Issuing  statements
• Chasing invoices and setting up payment plans
• Perform customer account reconciliations
• Liaising with various internal teams to support the collection of monies
• Dealing with a range of queries in the Credit Control inbox  

Person;

• Strong experience of Credit Control  
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Have experience of chasing debts from major accounts previously
