Credit Controller - Birmingham - Permanent - Salary £28,000

Robert Half are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an established team who are looking to continue to grow.

The Credit Controller will be responsible for their own ledger within the team, as a new structure is being rolled out to aid and support the Credit Control team this individual will be key in the success of the role out and supporting the team moving forward.

Required experience/skills

• 2 years experience within credit control
• Experience handling your own high value ledger
• Understand the Credit Control process and can build key relationships with clients

Role overview

• Manage own workload within personal ledger
• Promote and develop relationships within client business to aid support of collection process
• Manage Queries throughout the process to resolution
• Attend regular meetings with property managers & surveyors to assist in reviewing client debt
• Work alongside Bad debt to escalate cases where needed
• Allocate payments to Accounts
• Accurately record all activity
